Just after replacing the spark plug, I found idling jitter. What happened?

Causes of car jitter

1, engine foot aging

The damping system of the engine is the engine foot, which is responsible for absorbing the slight vibration when the engine is running. If there is something wrong with this damping system, these vibrations will naturally be transmitted to the steering wheel and cab, causing vibrations at idle speed.

Solution: Replace parts.

2. The engine has serious carbon deposition.

The most common cause of automobile jitter is that the throttle valve is too dirty or the fuel injector has too much carbon deposit. When there is too much carbon deposit in the engine, the gasoline sprayed by the fuel injection head will be absorbed by the carbon deposit during the cold start, which leads to the lean mixture during the cold start and makes it difficult to start.

In this case, only when the gasoline absorbed by carbon deposits is saturated can it easily enter the car. After getting on the bus, the gasoline adsorbed on the carbon deposit will be sucked into the cylinder by the vacuum suction of the engine for combustion, and the mixture will become thick, and the combustible mixture of the engine will be diluted and concentrated, resulting in idling jitter after cold start.

Solution: clean the oil circuit, check whether there is carbon deposit in the idle motor, and clean it.

Jitter after replacing spark plug

Automobile is a complex product of mechatronics, which works with the cooperation of multiple systems. No system can work independently, and the interaction between them is limited. Do not change the spark plug. There is something wrong with the car, that is, the spark plug. Sometimes there may be disharmony in other places, and spark plugs are also victims.
