Factors that motorcycle carburetor must be replaced;

1. Self-reason:

The parts and components of carburetor are seriously worn, which affects its performance, such as oil leakage caused by lax sealing of needle valve, sharp increase in oil consumption caused by wear of oil needle, failure of vacuum membrane, serious air leakage caused by wear of throttle valve, unstable idle speed of hot car caused by lax closing of concentration valve and so on.

2. External factors:

If inferior gasoline is used or the gasoline in carburetor is stored for too long, the gasoline will deteriorate, gelatinize and appear green precipitate. When the carburetor works, impurities will be brought into the internal manifold, which makes it difficult to clean and seriously affects the normal work of the carburetor.
