2. In autumn, greenhouse vegetables are strengthened for heat preservation and cold protection. Warm crops such as tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplant, peppers, etc. should strengthen heat preservation and cold protection, such as closing the tuyere at night and adding grass curtains around it. Celery, lettuce, rape, spinach, radish and other cold-resistant vegetables should be watered to prevent insects.

3. Fine management of solanaceous vegetables. Crops such as tomato, eggplant and pepper in solar greenhouse in autumn and winter are in the flowering and fruiting period in the first frost season, so it is necessary to strengthen management and encourage more fruits with high commodity rate. Indoor relative humidity is adjusted according to different crops, and tomato and eggplant are 45%-50%; 60%-80% of sweet pepper and cucumber.

4. Attention should be paid to seedling management of overwintering root stubble vegetables. Spinach, shallots and other overwintering root crops vegetables are in the seedling stage, so they should be watered, topdressing and intertillage in time to promote the healthy growth of plants and developed roots, which is conducive to safe overwintering.

5. Radish and green onion should be harvested in time. In the first frost season, even the cold-resistant green onions can no longer grow, and the growth of radishes and carrots basically stops, so it is necessary to harvest them in time to prevent freezing damage from affecting their commercialization.
