Onions soaked in red wine

Wash the onion, remove the brown skin on the surface and cut it into eight equal parts in about half a month. 1 bottle of ordinary dry red wine with three onions. Put the onion in a glass bottle and add the dry red wine (it is better to peel it and add it together). Seal the glass bottle cap and put it in a cool place for about 2 to 8 days (the longer the soaking time, the heavier the odor). After filtering the onion slices in the glass bottle with a strainer, put the onion and wine into the bottle respectively and put them in the refrigerator for refrigeration.

2, drinking method:

(1) Drink about 1/4 cups (50 ml) every day, and the elderly drink about 20 ml at a time.

(2) Drink 1-2 times a day.

(3) It is better to eat the soaked onion slices together.

(4) People who don't drink can dilute it with about 2 times of boiling water, or pour it into a rice cooker and cook it for about 4-5 minutes each time before drinking.
