What is the resistance between motor windings?

The motor used in Taiwan Province's transmission system is about 2.2kW.. The circuit was blown, and after replacing the fuse, it was found that the motor sound was abnormal. Measure the resistance values between the three-phase windings, which are 4.2, 4.2 and 5.6 respectively.

The resistance of the three-phase winding of the motor is measured as follows:

Three, the motor winding resistance is greater than 65438 0 Ω can be measured with a single-arm bridge, and the motor winding resistance is less than 65438 0 Ω can be measured with a double-arm bridge.

If there is a great difference in resistance between motor windings, it means that there are short circuits, open circuits, poor welding and wrong winding turns.

Four, insulation resistance between windings, insulation resistance between windings and shell, can be used:

Use megohmmeter to measure 1 and 380V motors, and the measuring range is 0 to 500 megohms or 0 to 1000 megohms. Its insulation resistance should not be less than 0.5 megohm.

2. The high-voltage motor is measured by megohmmeter, and the range is 0 to 2000 megohmmeter. Its insulation resistance should not be lower than 10 to 20 megohms.
