What types of swing cylinders are there?
Swing cylinder is a kind of cylinder, which belongs to pneumatic actuator and is used to convert the pressure energy of compressed air into mechanical energy. It can be roughly divided into three types:
1, rack-and-pinion rotary cylinder

3. Stretch the swing cylinder
That is, telescopic oscillating cylinders, such as two telescopic cylinders, are respectively installed on two symmetrical planes of a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is connected with the oscillating cylinder, and the oscillation of the oscillating cylinder drives the two telescopic cylinders to oscillate back and forth within an angle range of 65438+/-080 degrees through the rotating shaft.

Swing cylinder includes lock nut, guide sleeve, rear cylinder head, air intake plunger, cylinder body, sealing ring, piston, front cylinder head, etc. When working, because the cross-sectional area of the plunger cavity is very small, the oscillating cylinder consumes little air when it moves rapidly, which will not affect the pressure of the air source. In the slow working stage, compressed air is introduced into the rodless cavity of the oscillating cylinder and the inner cavity of the plunger cylinder at the same time, so that the piston rod generates thrust.
Third, the characteristics of the swing cylinder
1. When the air supply pressure of an ordinary cylinder gradually decreases or stops, the piston rod of the cylinder will slide down; Swing cylinder can't, which greatly improves its working reliability.
