As long as the collar is free to move. Retract the air cleaner assembly from the throttle body and pull it out. A metal crankcase air return pipe is inserted in the air cleaner box below. Just grab the apron clip with one hand and pull it out with the other. After seeing the throttle, clean the black stain on the throttle with special cleaning agent and towel.
