When is Army Day?

Army Day is the anniversary of the founding of China People's Liberation Army. It is designated as August 1 day every year, which is established by the People's Revolutionary Military Commission of China to commemorate the founding of the Chinese Red Army of Workers and Peasants.

After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), this anniversary was renamed the Army Day of China People's Liberation Army.

1 July 933 1 1 day, the provisional central government of the Chinese Soviet decided to take August of1year as the anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Red Army of Workers and Peasants. From then on, every August 1 day became the Army Day of the Chinese Workers and Peasants Red Army and later the China People's Liberation Army. On August 1 day of that year, the first "August 1" commemoration was held in the Red Army Square in Yeping, Ruijin, and the Red Army parade and procession was held in Zhumagang, south of Ruijin that night.
