Ingredients: eel1000g, dangshen10g, angelica 5g, cooked ham150g, and clear soup 50g.
Accessories: salt, Shaoxing wine, pepper, ginger, onion and monosodium glutamate.
Production method:
1, Radix Codonopsis and Radix Angelicae Sinensis are washed, soaked and sliced for later use;
2. After the eel is cut, remove the internal organs, wash it with clear water, and then scald it slightly with boiling water.
3, scrape the eel mucus, (you can add flour and stir in water to easily remove the mucus) chop off the head and tail, and then chop the meat into 6 cm long segments;
4. Cut the cooked ham into large pieces, wash the ginger and onion, and slice for later use;
5. Add water to the pot and add half of ginger, onion and Shaoxing wine;
6. After boiling, pour the eel segment into the pot, blanch it, take it out and put it in the soup bowl;

7. Add ham, dangshen, angelica and noodles, add onion, ginger, Shaoxing wine, pepper and salt, and then pour chicken soup;
8. After soaking, seal with paper towels and steam in a steamer for about 1 hour until cooked;
9. Take out the unsealed ginger and onion, add monosodium glutamate and season.
Eel ginseng segment
Nutritional efficacy: Warming qi and blood, strengthening bones and muscles, promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals. It is mostly used for lumbago and knee pain caused by wind-cold-dampness arthralgia.

Materials required:
Ingredients: live eels 1 kg (two pieces)
Accessories: 2 ounces of sugar, tomato sauce 1 ounce, dry starch 1 ounce, appropriate amount of yellow wine, appropriate amount of white vinegar, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of onion, ginger and wet starch, appropriate amount of sesame oil and garlic paste, and 2 kg of peanut oil.
Production method:
1. Slaughter eels, gut them, remove bones and peel them, cut them into 2-inch and 5-minute pieces, and obliquely batch them into two pieces with the tip of a knife (both ends are not short);
2. The eel slices are directly cut into strips (one end is not cut) and soaked in yellow wine, salt, onion and ginger;
3. Drain the starch one by one;
4. Put the tomato sauce, sugar, white vinegar and wet starch together in a bowl, and add some water to make the sauce.
5. Heat the wok on high fire, pour the oil into the wok and heat it to 80%.
6. Shake the eel into the pot, fry until golden brown, then take it out and put it on a plate.

7. Leave a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, and pour in the prepared sauce to boil.
8. Pour in sesame oil and pour it on the chrysanthemum fish.
Nutritional effects: tonifying deficiency, expelling wind and dampness, and strengthening bones and muscles. It is especially suitable for patients with physical weakness, wind-cold-dampness arthralgia and hemorrhoids.
