What is a heating bleeder valve? What is the heating air release step?

Users release bubbles generated in heating system and water supply pipeline, which is suitable for northern areas with harsh climate and environment. Widely used in water separators, radiators and floor heating.

When gas is generated in the system, because the density of gas is less than that of water, the gas will rise along the pipeline, and the final gathering is at the high point of the system, so the automatic exhaust valve is generally installed at the high point of the system, where the exhaust efficiency of the automatic exhaust valve is the highest.

When gas enters the valve cavity of the automatic exhaust valve and gathers at the upper part of the automatic exhaust valve, the gas pressure rises with the increase of gas in the valve. When the gas pressure is greater than the system pressure, the gas will make the water level in the cavity drop, the buoy will drop with the water level, and the exhaust port will open to start exhausting; As the gas is exhausted, the air pressure decreases, the water level rises, the buoy also rises, and the exhaust port closes.

The steps are as follows:

1. As shown in the figure, the upper water pipe is the water inlet pipe and the lower water pipe is return pipe. Close the lower return pipe before using the start valve.

2. Turn the return pipe valve counterclockwise to the end to close the return pipe.

3. As shown by the red circle in the figure, this is the bleeder valve.

4. Then unscrew the air valve.

5. After opening the air valve, the valve will make a "squeaky" deflation sound. When the hissing sound disappears, it means that the water has been drained. At this point, close the drain valve first.

6. Then close the bleeder valve clockwise and open the return pipe, and it is finished.

Extended data:

Advantages of automatic exhaust valve:

1. The buoy for heating the exhaust valve is made of low-density PP material, which can withstand the temperature of 1 10℃. This material will not deform even if it is soaked in high temperature water for a long time, and it will not cause difficulty in buoy movement.

2. The valve stem of the heating exhaust valve is made of hard plastic, and the connection between the lever, buoy and bracket is movable, so it will not rust after long-term operation and will not cause water leakage due to system failure.

3. The sealing end face of the lever of the heating exhaust valve is supported by the spring, which can expand and contract with the movement of the lever to ensure the sealing performance without exhausting.
