Sea water regulates air temperature.

In this way, the ocean can use the heat stored in spring and summer to make up for the loss in autumn and winter, and play a leading role in the process of seasonal adjustment, so that the temperature change of seawater is relatively gentle. On the other hand, the thermal capacity of the vast ocean surface and huge ocean water body is 2-3 times larger than that of soil, 5-7 times larger than that of rocks and 3,000 times larger than that of air. In addition, the temperature change of seawater is much smaller than that of land, which makes the temperature change over the ocean much slower than that over land.
