Does the electronic throttle have an idle motor?

Electronic throttle is to control the opening of throttle valve plate at idle speed. There is no idle motor, because the electronic throttle is controlled by computer, which can control the opening of the valve plate very accurately. The traditional throttle is controlled by a cable, and the computer can't control the opening of the valve plate, so an idling motor is needed. The idle motor is controlled by computer.
