How should old people live so as not to be bored?

Some people have a busy and full life, while others have nothing to do. Being busy will make people happy, while being idle will make people depressed. Therefore, if you don't want to be bored in your later years, you should make your life busy, go to the university for the aged and learn to arrange flowers. Reading, tutoring calligraphy, dancing, fishing and so on, in short, you can't let yourself do nothing.
