The installation steps of the throttle valve are as follows: coat a new layer of engine oil on the valve stem, install the valve into the guide tube, check and ensure that the valve can move up and down smoothly, then install the spring seat on the cylinder head, then install the spring and spring seat of the valve, and point the tightly wound end of the valve spring towards the cylinder head. Then install the valve spring compressor, compress the valve spring and install the valve key, then remove the valve spring compressor, and finally tap the end of each valve rod 2 or 3 times with a plastic hammer to ensure that the valve and valve key are in place correctly. Only tap the valve stem along its axis is allowed. If there is any uncertainty, it is recommended to go to a professional 4S shop for repair.
