Does the law stipulate that cars must be maintained in 4S stores before they can be guaranteed?

(2) Maintenance must be carried out in a repair shop recognized by the manufacturer (but it is generally a 4S shop), so as to guarantee the warranty. This is clearly stated in the maintenance manual. According to the contract law, this is also legal.

Car maintenance items:

(1) The lubrication system needs to be cleaned and maintained every 5000km- 10000km, and also when the engine is noisy, the acceleration is weak and the water temperature is too high.

(2) Cleaning and maintenance of the fuel system, that is, cleaning the fuel nozzle and cleaning the carbon deposit on the throttle, which is often seen in the garage. Under normal circumstances, the car needs cleaning and maintenance every 1000 km- 15000 km/time, or when you find the engine shaking, slow, poor acceleration, black smoke, weakness and oil consumption, you need cleaning and maintenance.

(3) Cleaning and maintenance of cooling system. Under normal circumstances, cars should be cleaned and maintained once in winter and summer, once every 6 to 8 months during normal driving, or once when the water temperature is too high, leaking or boiling. (4) Cleaning and maintenance of gearbox (automatic gearbox). Under normal circumstances, the vehicle should be cleaned and maintained every 20000km-25000km, or when the gearbox slips, the water temperature is high, the gear shift is slow, and the system leaks oil.

(5) Cleaning and maintenance of the power steering system, the vehicle needs cleaning and maintenance once every 40,000 km-45,000 km, or the system leaks oil when steering is difficult, and it must also be cleaned and maintained once after replacing the power steering accessories.

(6) Cleaning and maintenance of the brake system: clean the vehicle every 50,000 kilometers, or when the ABS reaction is too early or too slow. Remove the harmful sludge paint film in the system, eliminate the danger of working failure at ultra-high temperature or ultra-low temperature, effectively prevent the brake fluid from deteriorating and expiring, and completely replace the old brake fluid.
