Tlxl dual clutch jitter

1. Clutch jitter makes the engine idle, shift to low gear, slowly release the clutch pedal and step on the accelerator to start. If the body is shaking at this time, the clutch is shaking.

2. The positive pressure distribution between the driving disk and the driven disk is uneven. Often, the elastic force of the clamping spring engaged with the clutch is uneven, and the adjustment of each separation lever is inconsistent and/or the separation finger end of the diaphragm spring is uneven, which will lead to unsynchronized clamping timing, uneven pressure on the pressure plate, and even skew of the pressure plate, resulting in poor contact between the driving plate and the driven plate, resulting in clutch jitter. At this time, replace the clutch compression spring and level the release lever.

3. Weaken the damping spring. The elastic force of clutch torsion damping spring is weakened, the elastic force of clutch compression spring is weakened, and the diaphragm spring is cracked. When engaged, the clutch will shake. The strategy that should be taken at this time is to replace the spring.

4. Poor contact of clutch lining. Poor contact, surface hardening or adhesion of clutch friction plates are easy to cause clutch jitter. At this point, the clutch lining should be reconnected.

5. The driven plate is warped, skewed and deformed. When the driven plate is warped, skewed and deformed, the clutch lining will have irregular contact when the clutch is engaged, and the pressure will not increase steadily. At this point, the driven disk should be corrected or replaced.

6. Parts are loose or seriously worn, the clutch control mechanism is locked or the connection is loose, the clutch plate spline load is seriously worn, and the first shaft of the transmission is bent, resulting in clutch jitter. At this point, the corresponding parts should be replaced.

7. Loose engine installation or loose engine installation or shaft difference between the center line of the first transmission shaft and the crankshaft of the engine can easily make the clutch shake. At this time, tighten the engine or replace parts.
