Is 24 years a double spring year?

Double spring year means that there are two solar terms in a year in beginning of spring. In the traditional culture of China, Shuangchun is a special year, which is considered as an auspicious year, and has a beautiful meaning of praying for a bumper harvest, happiness and longevity. The reason why 2024 is a double spring year is that in this year, there are two solar terms in beginning of spring, namely the third day of the first lunar month and the sixteenth day of the first lunar month.
