The basic function is to use the load sensor to directly control the power supply of the oscillating circuit in the inverter, so as to realize automatic on-off and achieve the purpose of energy saving. When using this equipment, it must be noted that the parameters marked by the equipment are rated values and cannot be used beyond the rated values, otherwise the safety of the equipment cannot be guaranteed. The output terminal ④ of the load sensor LSE cannot be short-circuited to the ground.
If the output terminal ④ directly drives the load, when the load current is greater than 50mA, a triode can be used to amplify the current and drive the load to work, but the base of the triode used must be connected in series with a current-limiting resistor, otherwise the triode may be damaged.
When welding LSE pins, the temperature should be controlled below 260℃, and the welding operation time should not exceed 6s. In the case of strong electromagnetic pulse interference, in order to enhance the reliability of the circuit, a 0.22uF capacitor or adjustable resistor can be indirectly connected to the pins ② and ⑤ of the lse.
There are two kinds of throttle valves: traditional cable type and electronic throttle valve. The traditional engine throttle control mechanism works through a pull wire (soft steel wire) or a pull rod, one end of the pull wire is connected with the accelerator pedal, and the other end is connected with the accelerator linkage plate. The electronic throttle mainly uses the throttle position sensor to control the throttle opening according to the energy required by the engine, so as to adjust the intake air.

At present, three series of load sensor products have been developed in China, which are I series universal type (the design idea is to be used as energy-saving transmitter in frequency converter); Ⅱ series is specially used for voltage regulation; Series ⅲ is a DC load sensor (the design idea is mainly used for energy saving and protection in tape recorders).
