The sun reaches 165 degrees and will cross the Gregorian calendar on September 7-9. After the Millennium solar terms, the yin and cold qi rises, the summer heat residual temperature in early autumn gradually dissipates, cold and hot alternate day and night, and the cold produces dew condensation. The ancients used four seasons to match five elements. Autumn belongs to gold, gold and white alternate with each other, and autumn dew is described in white, hence the name "White Dew".
There is a traditional custom in Fuzhou, Fujian called "The White Dew must eat longan". Folk means that eating longan on the day of the Millennium has a miraculous effect of greatly supplementing the body. Because longan itself has many functions, such as invigorating qi and strengthening spleen, nourishing blood and calming nerves, moistening skin and caring skin, it can also treat anemia, insomnia, neurasthenia and other diseases.

Its wine temperature is spicy and slightly sweet, so it is called "Bailu rice wine". Bailu wine is made from glutinous rice, sorghum and other grains, which is slightly sweet, so it is called "Bailu rice wine".
People think that eating sweet potatoes in Bailu can prevent stomach acid after meals, so in the old society, farmers used to eat sweet potatoes on Bailu Festival.
