Installation position of electronic throttle valve

Electronic throttle installation effect:

1. The throttle valve is a controllable valve that controls air to enter the engine. After the air enters the intake pipe, it will be mixed with gasoline to form a combustible mixture, which will be burned to do work. It is connected with the air filter at the top and the engine block at the bottom, and is called the throat of the automobile engine;

2. Throttle is a device to control air intake and fuel injection of cylinder. The position should mean that air enters the air filter-intake hose-throttle-intake branch pipe-cylinder head-cylinder from the outside. The weight of the pedal pedal controls the opening and closing of the throttle valve, thus controlling the speed and vehicle speed;

3. Theoretically, it can be simply said that the more valves, the better. The more intake and exhaust valves, the more intake-compression-work-exhaust can be realized. Nowadays, the more popular cars are double overhead camshafts with four valves per cylinder, two intake valves and two exhaust valves. One camshaft drives the intake valve and the other camshaft drives the exhaust valve. At present, the application of automobile turbocharging device can improve the driving performance of automobile;

There are two kinds of throttles: traditional cable throttle and electronic throttle. The traditional engine throttle control mechanism works through a cable (soft steel wire) or a pull rod, one end of which is connected with the throttle pedal and the other end is connected with the throttle linkage plate. The electronic throttle mainly uses the throttle position sensor to control the throttle opening according to the energy required by the engine, so as to adjust the intake air.
