How to install the inflatable shaft on the cylindrical shaft?

When installing the inflatable shaft, there are two installation methods, one is to install it directly on the conical shaft, and the other is to install it on the cylindrical shaft with a fastening sleeve or a disassembly sleeve.

When installing with a fastening sleeve or a dismounting sleeve, it is allowed to use a lower-cost shaft seat (without the cost of reverse taper), or to use a larger shaft tolerance to change the position of the bearing on the shaft. Because the dimensional accuracy of bushings is not as high as that of bearings, bushings are not suitable for applications requiring high accuracy or high speed. However, if the accuracy is high, it is suggested that the pneumatic shaft driven by heaven and earth be directly installed on the conical shaft.

In addition, when a tapered bore bearing with a tight sleeve is used, a shoulder is no longer needed. However, in order to prevent the nut from loosening, washers should be used for shafts with a diameter of ≤200mm, and locking clips should be used for shafts with a diameter greater than 200mm, and the nut tightening direction should be opposite to the rotation direction.
