If there is too much sediment in the oil tank, a lot of impurities will enter the pipeline, the filter will be dirty and even block the oil circuit. In use, cracks may occur due to collision and corrosion. If the crack damage is small and the stress is not great, it can be repaired by soldering or gluing. If the column damage is large, it can be repaired by welding, but the oil tank must be thoroughly cleaned before welding repair to prevent explosion.

First, the cleaning method

1, purging method: leave a small amount of oil in the oil tank, use 0.2-0.3MPa compressed air to enter the bottom of the oil tank, change the purging direction, and then discharge the dirty oil, and repeat it for 2-5 times until the discharged oil has no visible impurities.

2. Steam method: drain the fuel, remove the fuel tank, add half a tank of water, steam and boil for about 65438+/-0h. Steam cleaning can effectively reduce the attachment on the inner wall and can be carried out twice continuously.

3. Solvent method: clean the oil tank with hot water, dry it with compressed air, soak it in 10% sodium chloride, and rinse it with clean water.

4. Clean water method: insert the clean water pipe into the oil tank mouth, open the oil plug, and rinse with pressure water until there is no diesel smell.

Second, the inspection and repair

After cleaning, the following methods can be used to check the tightness.

1, air pressure method

Plug all the openings of the oil tank with rubber plugs, then invade the water and inject compressed air with a pressure of 0. 1mpa. If the bubble point is a leaking part, the paint here is cleaned up and the crack is not big enough to be welded. If it is big, it can be repaired by patching. When gas welding, add cold water to the oil tank to prevent explosion. After welding repair, flatten the welding place with a file, and then check it with high-pressure air.

2. Irrigation methods

During the inspection, the oil tank was filled with hot water, and traces of water leakage were visible at the damaged part. But it is not easy to accurately judge tiny points.
