How to deal with diesel filter blockage

Clean the fuel nozzle thoroughly with special fuel nozzle cleaner or fuel system cleaner to remove carbon and deposits on the fuel nozzle.

The function of fuel filter is to remove solid impurities such as iron oxide and dust contained in fuel, prevent fuel system (especially nozzle) from being blocked, reduce mechanical wear, ensure stable operation of engine and improve reliability. The structure of the fuel burner consists of an aluminum shell and a bracket with stainless steel inside. The bracket is equipped with high-efficiency filter paper components, and the filter paper pieces are regarded as chrysanthemums to increase the circulation area. The EFI filter cannot be shared with the carburetor filter.

The fuel filter must be replaced every 30,000 km. If the fuel impurity content is high, the driving distance should be shortened accordingly. The arrow on the fuel filter housing indicates the direction of fuel flow. When installing the fuel filter, it is not allowed to be inverted. It must be replaced even if it works in the flip-chip state for a short time.
