How to adjust the inlet gas velocity of cyclone separator

The inlet speed of the cyclone separator can drive the adjusting cam to drive the flow adjusting plate to rotate, so as to keep the inlet speed stable by adjusting the flow rate of dusty gas in the inlet pipe.

The inlet velocity of cyclone separator should not be too small or too large, and it is generally appropriate to 10 ~ 25m/s, with the maximum not exceeding 35m/s, and the pressure drop should be controlled below 2kPa.
