The rainfall in North China, Northwest China and Huanghuai areas is generally less at this time, so spring irrigation should be organized in time. There is more rain in the area south of Huaihe River, so it is necessary to do a good job of ditch cleaning, drainage and intertillage weeding to prevent wet damage and root rot.
