What is the purpose of adjusting the two screws on the cylinder?
1. The screws at both ends adjust the tightness of the cylinder and fix it on the wall or other supporting structures. At the other end, the eccentric wheel (generally rectangular plate) is a preload screw to adjust the initial preload of the piston rod. It can change the initial stretching length of the air spring in the cylinder and the buffering effect under load to prevent impact. If the rigidity of the mechanism is insufficient, bending or vibration may occur. This screw can be understood as having a certain resistance to the elastic coefficient of the gas pressure protection mechanism during preloading and adding.
2. "Pre-tightening screw" can make the piston have an extra thrust under different forces to offset part of friction, which can make the cylinder work more stably without jitter or impact.
