Dampness is yin evil, which is easy to damage the spleen and stomach and Yang Qi, so eliminating dampness is the key to Xiao Man's health preservation!

These body signals are all related to dampness. When the body is wet and turbid, it will feel heavy all over, as if it is tied by something, and it is not refreshing.
