How to Adjust the Throttle Position Sensor

1. Measure the voltage between the signal line and the ground line of the throttle position sensor with a multimeter DC voltage block.

2. Put the throttle in the idle position, turn on the ignition switch and observe the reading of the multimeter.

3. The throttle position sensor cannot provide the specified voltage signal. Loosen the fixing screw of the throttle position sensor and turn the sensor housing until the specified voltage signal is displayed on the voltmeter. This is the adjustment method of the throttle position sensor.
