Insufficient clutch spring pressure leads to slipping. Insufficient spring pressure is usually caused by the softening of the spring due to heating or wear of the clutch plate. When the spring pressure is insufficient, a gasket can be added to the spring sleeve to increase the pre-pressure of the spring. If the spring becomes soft due to heat, it should be replaced with a new spring. 3. The clutch grip control wire rope is stuck in the sheath, or the ejector pin separation mechanism and parts are stuck, which will make the clutch slip. 4. There is oil or water on the dry clutch plate, which is also one of the reasons for clutch slipping. If there is not much oil and water, it can volatilize by itself during operation; If there is too much oil and water, it should be disassembled, cleaned with gasoline and dried before installation. 5. The clutch plate is seriously worn, the thickness becomes thinner, the pressure is not tight, and it is easy to slip. This situation can only be solved by replacing the clutch plate.
