CDR rainy day icon drawing method

Use two circles and a rectangle and weld them into clouds.

Select the basic shape tool, click the drop-down triangle in the property bar, and then select the shape of the water drop.

Drag to draw a small raindrop, place it under the cloud and resize it.

Select the outline tool, set the external outline in the property bar, and change the color.

Select Split Profile Group in the Arrange menu bar to split it.

Turn the cloud into an object, and then trim it with the green part to get the picture below.
