P2 135 related faults: ETC throttle position sensor 1# and 2# related faults, which may be accompanied by P2 106 and P2 1 10 fault codes (engine power and performance limitations).

Solution: Please remove the plug of throttle body position sensor and the wiring harness connection problem first; Ensure that the line connection is reliable and the fault cannot be eliminated, and then replace the improved throttle position sensor; If the improved throttle position sensor is still ineffective, try to replace it with a new throttle body (with bracket).

Precautions:

(1)P2 138 The problem has nothing to do with the throttle body. For P2 138, please refer to the HST file to deal with the related circuits of the accelerator pedal;

(2) For P2 10 1, please check whether the spark plug model matches (the spark plug model should be FK 16R 1 1). If the spark plug is normal, please check whether the wiring between the throttle body and ECU is firm. If the spark plug and wiring problems cannot be eliminated, please replace the throttle body.

The throttle position sensor is also called throttle opening sensor or throttle switch. Its main function is to detect whether the engine is in idle or load condition, acceleration or deceleration condition. It is essentially a variable resistor and several switches, which are installed on the throttle body. Its shape and internal structure are shown in the following figure.

The rotating shaft of the resistor is connected with the throttle valve, and it has two contacts: a fully open contact and an idle contact. When the throttle is in the idle position, the idle contact is closed and the idle state signal is output to the computer.

When the throttle valve is in other positions, the idle contact is opened, and voltage signals with different angles relative to the throttle valve are output, and the computer identifies the engine load according to the signal voltage value; According to the change rate of signal voltage in a certain period of time, whether it is an acceleration state or a deceleration state is identified. According to these working conditions, the computer corrects the fuel injection quantity or controls the fuel cut-off.
