It is defined as the ratio of the output voltage of the throttle position sensor to the reference voltage of the sensor. If the reference voltage of the throttle position sensor is 5v, the output voltage range of the throttle position sensor is 0-5v; If the output voltage of a throttle position sensor is 2.5v, the absolute position of the throttle valve is 2.5v/5v=50%. It should be pointed out that when the throttle is fully closed, the sensor voltage is not 0v, but other values (1v), so the absolute position of the throttle is 1v/5v = 20%, that is, when the throttle is fully closed, its absolute position is not 0%; Similarly, when the throttle valve is fully open, its absolute position is not 100%.

(2) Relative position of throttle: defined as the percentage of throttle opening. If the throttle is closed, the relative position of the throttle is 0%; If the throttle valve is fully open, the relative position of the throttle valve is 100%. The relative position of the throttle directly reflects the opening of the throttle.
