What is the whistle of the throttle car?

The whistle of Pacific Auto Network on the throttle car should be caused by the wear of turbocharger impeller. The solution is to replace the turbocharger or the bearing of the turbocharger is broken and needs to be replaced. The engine exhaust valve, diesel engine exhaust gas recirculation valve (EGR) and gasoline engine throttle valve are not tightly sealed, which will cause the throttle car to whistle.

Maintenance of turbocharger

1, try to use synthetic engine oil. The engine oil used in turbocharged engine must have good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, high oil film strength and good stability. Mineral oil is not resistant to high temperature, and the working temperature of turbocharger is very high. After high temperature, mineral oil will produce water vapor, which will affect its lubrication effect.

2. When the cold car starts, preheat the turbocharger for a few minutes. Preheating can fully lubricate the turbocharger. If the vehicle runs directly after starting, stepping on the accelerator will cause great wear and tear to the turbocharger, especially in winter, the poor viscosity of engine oil will lead to poor lubrication effect, and if the vehicle is not warmed up, it will cause great damage to the turbocharger.
