What effect will the car air filter be blocked?

Fault inspection: First, the staff of our station replaced the oil low-pressure induction plug, but the fault could not be eliminated. Further inspection shows that the idle oil pressure measured by the pressure gauge at the high-pressure sensing plug is 200 kPa, while the low-pressure sensing plug is only 10 kPa at idle speed, which is abnormal.

Fault analysis: Because the oil high pressure switch is installed at the head end of the oil circuit and the low pressure switch is installed at the end of the oil circuit, the high pressure is normal. The low pressure may be that the oil filter is blocked and the bypass valve in the oil filter is not opened, resulting in alarm failure. After checking the oil filter, it was found that it was not the original accessory.

Symptoms: Turn off the engine immediately after starting.

Fault inspection: maintenance personnel should check the timing first to verify that it is correct. After asking the driver, the driver reported that the engine was washed with cold water by the hot car before the fault occurred, and then the engine backfired suddenly and smoked. Because the driver was in a hurry, the vehicle stalled and could not drive after several days of driving with illness. Judging from this, some electrical components may have been damaged by cold water washing.

When checking the engine, it was found that there was a crack on the 23 1 side, so there was no fire on the 23 1 side. The replacement engine is unstable and has no idle speed. The staff of our station further inspected and found that the throttle valve body was dirty. It was suspected that the engine backfire damaged the air flowmeter, so the air flowmeter was replaced, and then the fault was eliminated by trial run. Everything is normal.
