Knock sensor adopts closed-circuit detection principle, namely: knock sensor -ECU control unit-throttle position sensor-intake pressure sensor-fuel pressure sensor of injector-ignition timing-knock sensor -ECU control unit. This is a system that repeatedly monitors the combustion state of the cylinder and constantly adjusts the air-fuel ratio. The cause of engine cylinder knocking and the method of eliminating knocking do not need manual control and adjustment. The whole system will be judged and adjusted by ECU according to the voltage change of knock sensor according to the vehicle usage. In fact, the low voltage of the knock sensor is the loose or ablation of the connector of the knock sensor jack, which leads to poor contact and low transmission voltage of the sensor, which can not be recognized by ECU. Suggestion: replace the plug and wiring of the knock sensor, check the engine damping gasket (to prevent the plug from loosening due to vibration), and pay attention to the water flow when cleaning the interior of the vehicle (to prevent the water flow from causing ablation), because the engine is under the driver's seat.
