How to deal with the waste of aromatherapy gypsum

The disposal method of waste aromatherapy gypsum is as follows:

1. crushing: crushing the waste gypsum model, and sieving with a 60-80 mesh sieve to obtain coarse particles of waste gypsum;

2. Primary purification: adding water to waste gypsum particles, stirring and filtering to obtain filter residue A;

3. Secondary purification: adding hydrogen peroxide into filter residue A, stirring and filtering to obtain filter residue B;

4. Three-stage purification: adding water into the filter residue B, adjusting the pH value to 46, standing, and removing the supernatant to obtain a lower sediment;

5. Autoclaved drying: autoclaved drying the lower sediment to obtain a dried material;

6. Grinding: The waste gypsum board grinder is used to mix the dried material with polyacrylamide and then grind it.
