What is temperate monsoon climate?

The average temperature in Leng Yue varies greatly from north to south, with the temperature below 0 degrees Celsius in the south and minus 20 degrees Celsius in the north. In summer, influenced by the Pacific subtropical high, the summer monsoon prevails, dominated by easterly winds and southerly winds. The wind is relatively small, wet and rainy, and the precipitation from June to August accounts for more than 70% of the annual precipitation.
