How to preserve, store and transport Toona sinensis?

1, blanching method

The nitrite content of fresh Toona sinensis buds just picked from the tree is not high, but once they leave the tree, the nitrite content will gradually increase. Nitrite is easily soluble in water, so no matter how you eat it, it is recommended to blanch Toona sinensis first, which can remove most nitrite and greatly improve the safety. 2. Cold storage method
