Chen Zuhui: Most people are prone to heatstroke in a high temperature environment above 35℃. Mild heatstroke can lead to headache, dizziness, nausea and fatigue. If no protective measures are taken, the disease will continue to develop, and there will be a lot of dehydration, which will further aggravate the symptoms, leading to extreme fatigue, slow response, listlessness, and more serious brain edema, coma, general spasm, convulsions, and even death.

There are usually three types of heatstroke:

1, threatened heatstroke

After a period of activity in a high temperature environment, there are a lot of symptoms such as sweating, thirst, dizziness, dizziness, tinnitus, chest tightness, palpitation, nausea, general weakness, numbness of limbs, inattention, and a slight increase in body temperature.

2, mild heatstroke

Chen Zuhui: Under normal circumstances, there are two reasons for heatstroke: First, due to the rising temperature and poor ventilation, the heat in the body cannot be dissipated in time; Second, under the action of high temperature and thermal radiation for a long time, the human body sweats a lot, but it does not make necessary liquid supplements (such as water, salt, sugar, etc.). ) in time, leading to electrolyte metabolism disorder and heatstroke.

The thermoregulatory center of the elderly is insensitive and unbalanced, and the functions of various tissues in the body are out of control. If the indoor ventilation is not good in hot days and the water is not replenished in time after sweating, it will often cause water and electrolyte disorders in the elderly and cause heatstroke. For the elderly with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, long-term use of anticholinergic drugs, β-body tissue agents, antihistamines, diuretics and antipsychotics will further aggravate the possibility and symptoms of heatstroke.

Children are prone to heatstroke. First, they are underdeveloped and have poor thermoregulation and heat dissipation functions. Second, wear more. Some children, especially in the neonatal period, parents are afraid that their children will catch cold and blindly add clothes to keep warm, which leads to the decrease of children's body fluids, the loss of salt components, dehydration of cells and easy heatstroke; Third, drink less. The child was active and sweaty, but failed to replenish water in time. Parents should supervise their children to drink more. Fourth, crazy once. Even on a hot day, children are very interesting. This is actually the performance of "emotional heatstroke". And "emotional heatstroke" is very harmful to people's summer health and physical and mental health, especially to the elderly and infirm. Emotional disorder will make them suffer from myocardial ischemia, arrhythmia, high blood pressure and even sudden death. Human nerve cells are highly sensitive to the changes of meteorological factors such as temperature, air pressure, humidity and airflow in summer. High temperature climate will affect the emotional regulation center of human hypothalamus, and then affect the nerve activity of the brain and the secretion of endocrine hormones, causing a series of symptoms similar to "heatstroke".

Summer is the hottest solar term in a year.
