How to fan the spray gun

1. Connect the air inlet interface of the spray gun body to the compressed air source (compressed air must be filtered by the oil-water separator before entering the spray gun), connect the air pipe, and adjust the air pressure to 0.45-0.5Mpa.

2. When loading the car, mix the paint with the corresponding thinner (thinner is not needed for direct purchase of ready mixed paint), and adjust the viscosity to "Tu No.4 Ford Cup" 17-24S (when the cup leaks paint). Paint with impurities needs to be filtered, and then the paint is introduced into the paint tank.

3. Fog amplitude adjustment Turn the fog amplitude adjustment screw clockwise until it is tightened, and you can get a fog amplitude with a circular cross section. If you turn it counterclockwise, you can get the fog width of the oval (fan-shaped) section you need, and adjust the length according to the actual needs.

4. Spray amount adjustment of spray gun Turn the spray amount adjustment screw clockwise to reduce the opening stroke of the needle plug, and the paint output will be reduced accordingly. Turn counterclockwise to gradually increase the spray amount.

5. Gas volume adjustment Turn the gas volume adjustment screw clockwise, and the gas volume will gradually decrease; turn it counterclockwise, and the gas volume will gradually increase.

6. When in use, gently move the trigger to open the air valve, but the needle plug does not open, and compressed air is ejected from the air valve. At this time, you can blow off the dust on the coating surface, and then continue to move the trigger backwards, and the nozzle will spray paint mist.
