1, damp heat constitution
Performance: Glossy face, prone to acne and irritable personality. Such people can eat more foods that can clear away heat and promote diuresis, such as wax gourd, loofah, coix seed, lotus seed, mung bean, bitter gourd, red bean, crucian carp, lotus root and water spinach. Should eat less spicy food, such as pepper, garlic, green onions, leeks, wine and so on.
2. Qi deficiency constitution
Performance: shortness of breath, weakness, muscle weakness, low voice, easy to catch a cold. You can eat more foods that can benefit qi and nourish blood, such as glutinous rice, millet, red dates, beef, longan, lotus seeds, chicken and crucian carp. Eat less mint, pepper, garlic, raw radish, tea and other foods.
3. Phlegm-dampness constitution
Manifestations: Obesity, phlegm in the mouth, dislike of wet environment. You can eat more foods that have the functions of invigorating spleen and qi, promoting diuresis and resolving phlegm. Such as corn, coix seed, kelp, wax gourd, laver, black fungus and the like. Eat less sweet and sour food, such as pomegranate and grapefruit.
4. Yin deficiency constitution
Manifestations: five vexations and fever, emaciation, red tongue with little body fluid and little moss. Eat more pork, duck, milk, soft-shelled turtle, pear, tremella, clams and other foods. Should eat less warm and dry food, such as dog meat, garlic, leek, pepper, pepper and so on. You shouldn't drink.
5, Yang deficiency constitution
Performance: Afraid of cold, cold hands and feet, like hot drinks, neither cold nor cold. You can eat more warm food, such as mutton, pepper, litchi, shrimp, longan and so on. Manifestations: Deformity or physical defects, allergic reaction, poor seasonal adaptability of allergies, and easy to cause overnight illness. Edible foods: yam, sweet potato, chestnuts, red dates, peanuts, black sesame seeds, black rice, etc. Eat less food: bitter gourd, water chestnut, kelp, laver, Toona sinensis, shrimp, crab, carp, pepper, coffee, lettuce and so on.
9. A peaceful physique
Manifestation: energetic, ruddy complexion, normal viscera function and less illness. For peaceful people, there are basically no special taboos in diet. Only for biased foods, such as cold or hot, you can't eat them for a long time.
