How to adjust the clearance of electronic throttle?

The electronic throttle control system is mainly composed of accelerator pedal, pedal displacement sensor, electronic control unit (ECU), data bus, servo motor and throttle actuator. The displacement sensor is installed in the accelerator pedal to monitor the position of the accelerator pedal at any time. When the change of the height position of the accelerator pedal is detected, the information is immediately sent to the ECU, which calculates and processes the information and data information sent by other systems, and sends a control signal to the servo motor relay through the line. Servo motor compares throttle actuator with traditional throttle. Obviously, the electronic throttle can use wire harness (wire) instead of cable and pull rod, install a micro motor on one side of the throttle, and use the motor to drive the throttle opening. The so-called "wire driver" is to replace the traditional mechanical transmission mechanism with wire. However, this is only the surface of electronic throttle, and it is not enough to analyze its essence and function just by connecting instead. Because the electronic throttle system adjusts the throttle through ECU, it can set various functions to improve driving safety and comfort. The most common are traction control system (ASR) and speed control system (cruise control).
