3. Due to the design and structure of the engine, the vibration of the ejector pin machine is greater than that of the chain machine. When driving at a medium speed (about 50 miles per hour), the vibration frequency of the engine overlaps with the vibration frequency of the whole vehicle, so-called * * * earthquake will occur, at which time the vibration will increase obviously, but it will decrease below or above this speed. As long as the fixing bolt of the engine is not loose, it will be fine, and there is no way to reduce it. This is a common problem of the ejector pin machine, but even for the chain machine.

To adjust the valve clearance, it is necessary to remove the cylinder head and the inspection hole on the magnetoelectric machine, first aim at the valve timing, and then adjust the valve clearance to normal, generally not less than 0.05 mm There will always be some abnormal noise in the valve train of the ejector (relative to the chain machine), especially after the hot car. As long as the valve clearance is not large and there is no wear, it will be fine. The valve clearance cannot be adjusted too small. Otherwise, it is not only difficult to start, but also unstable and easy to turn off, which will also increase the wear of valve rocker arm and camshaft.
