Third, badge pressing, that is, installing the mold on the workbench of a punch or oil press and transferring the pattern to the metal material. ?

Fourth: the badge is cut and punched. First make a badge-shaped knife die, press it according to the product shape, and punch it down with a punch.

Fifth, the surface of the badge is polished, and the burr of the embossed shape is removed after the badge is cut to improve the smoothness of the badge surface.

Sixth: the badge should be electroplated. Electroplating badges according to customer requirements. The surface of the badge can be plated with gold, silver, nickel and copper.

Seventh: Pack the badge according to the customer's requirements, and consign or send it to the customer through logistics.
