Honda jade throttle failure

Honda Jade throttle fault causes are as follows:

1. Diagnosis and elimination of common faults of electronic throttle: There is too much dirt at the throttle of a vehicle equipped with electronic throttle, usually due to too much carbon deposited on the inside of the throttle, which will lead to the EPC light being turned on frequently, and the vehicle will suddenly turn off and shake when driving. Remove the throttle valve, thoroughly clean it, and then re-match it to eliminate the fault.

2. Once the electronic throttle control system fails, the engine will limp home, and the throttle valve plate will return to the high idle position under the action of the spring, so that the engine will always run at high idle speed.

3. If the plug on the accelerator pedal position sensor or the accelerator pedal position sensor of the electronic accelerator system is loose or in poor contact, the signal transmission between the computer and the accelerator pedal position sensor or the accelerator pedal position sensor will be interrupted, thus lighting the warning light of the electronic accelerator system, and the accelerator pedal will feel empty at the same time.

4. When one accelerator position sensor is damaged and the system uses the signal of another sensor and the response to the accelerator pedal remains unchanged, only the failure codes such as acceleration weakness, shift impact, cruise system shutdown, EPC light on and stored will appear.
