Hawthorn snowball exercise

The practice of snowball hawthorn is actually very simple. We just need to prepare the right amount of hawthorn first. First of all, the prepared hawthorn must be pedicled and bottomed, and cleaned with clear water before drying.

Then prepare the right amount of sugar, put it in a pot and add the right amount of water to heat it. When the water in the pot begins to produce small bubbles, pour two or three drops of white vinegar into the pot and stir well.

Finally, we can pour the hawthorn into the pot and stir it repeatedly with the sugar water in the pot until the surface of each hawthorn is evenly covered with a layer of sugar, and finally cool it.
