How to Adjust the Stroke Length of Cylinder

Generally speaking, the stroke control of rodless cylinder is usually full stroke, and the solenoid valve is fully open or closed. By adding a permanent magnet to the piston, the Hall switch can sense the orientation of the piston, and then control the reversing relay through the contact of the Hall switch, thus achieving the purpose of limiting the stroke.

The travel can be adjusted as follows:

1. Installing a sleeve on the cylinder shaft can shorten the stroke. New stroke = original stroke-sleeve length.

2. Some cylinders are magnetic inside, and a magnetic switch is installed outside to control the solenoid valve and control the stroke.

3. Set the travel switch, control the solenoid valve and adjust the travel at will.

4. Use mechanical lever to organize the change of travel.
