Tva throttle valve is located in the high pressure pipe of evaporation box. Tva throttle actuator is a device to control the gas flow into the engine by changing the opening of the valve, and the gas flow into the engine is the largest when the opening is the largest. It is defined in the calibration that when the tva opening is 0%, the intake air flow is the maximum, that is, the valve is fully open; when the tva opening is 100%, the valve is fully closed, and the engine may stop because there is no air intake.

Working principle of tva valve

Tva valve is used to control the amount of exhaust gas recirculation fed back to the intake system, and is usually located on the right side of the intake manifold, close to the throttle body. Its function is to control the amount of exhaust gas entering the intake manifold and make a certain amount of exhaust gas flow into the intake manifold for recycling. In this process, free ions will be separated and then collected by electricity.

The invention has the advantages of simple structure, small pressure drop, high action reliability and insensitivity to pollution. Usually the working pressure is between 0.3 MPa and 0.63 MPa, and the current formed by ion accumulation is proportional to the oxygen concentration (relative to the known calibration gas).
