Why is it so cool after the heat?
This sentence comes from two Yangtze River poems by Su Ling in Song Dynasty. The full text is as follows:
There are no three days in summer, and it is cool and straight. Baishi is more secular, and the grass prints Zen. Let the crane dance and listen to the intermittent singing. He who knows benevolence knows longevity, but he does not necessarily know the depth of the sea.
Translation:
Only three days after the heat, there was a cool breeze. This kind of comfortable feeling can't be bought for 1000 yuan. Now, although people are old and have already seen through everything in the world, the grass is still full of vitality and my heart is still quiet.
Seeing the crane dancing, I heard the crickets start to stop. Suddenly sigh that even a broad-minded person will live long, but the depth of the sea may not be comparable.

This poem describes the physical feeling that the temperature gradually drops in most parts of China, especially in the north, after the summer solar term, which is a natural reaction of animals and insects. This is the law of nature.
Then use natural things to understand that everything in nature contains philosophy and everything in the world can be a teacher. Be kind and broad-minded in everything you do.
