The system consists of exhaust gas recirculation control system valve and exhaust gas recirculation control system solenoid valve. When the engine is working, the electronic throttle controls the opening of the solenoid valve of the exhaust gas recirculation control system through the grounding circuit of the solenoid valve of the exhaust gas recirculation control system according to the coolant temperature, throttle opening, rotating speed and starting signal, so as to control the vacuum degree of the valve entering the exhaust gas recirculation control system, that is, the amount of exhaust gas participating in recirculation is changed by controlling the valve opening of the exhaust gas recirculation control system.

The working conditions without exhaust gas recirculation include: starting condition, idle condition, warm-up condition and working conditions with the speed lower than 900 rpm or higher than 3200 rpm. Exhaust gas recirculation control system rate refers to the proportion of exhaust gas recirculation in the gas entering the cylinder, that is, exhaust gas recirculation control system rate = [exhaust gas recirculation control system rate/(intake+exhaust gas recirculation control system rate)] × 100%. In the open-loop exhaust gas recirculation control system, the electronic throttle determines the working state of the engine according to the signals of each sensor, and controls it according to the corresponding relationship between the exhaust gas recirculation control system rate and the speed and load in its memory.
